I recently attended a watercolour painting workshop at Paint & Sip Café in Alberton, and what an absolutely wonderful experience it was! I went with my friend Samantha, and from start to finish the evening was relaxed, inspiring, and so enjoyable. We learned some really helpful tips and tricks, especially around blending and working with watercolours, which made such a difference — even for beginners. The atmosphere was welcoming and creative, the guidance was clear and encouraging, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully put together. On top of that, we were treated to lovely refreshments, which just added to the fun and made it a proper “treat-yourself” kind of evening. I walked away feeling inspired, proud of what I created, and excited to keep painting. I will definitely go again and can highly recommend Paint & Sip Café to anyone looking for a creative, relaxing, and joyful night out. Thank you for a truly special experience!✨ — Sonja

I’m creative, but I’m certainly no artist… yet! I’ve been attending Watercolour Wednesdays, and although I’ve found watercolour quite challenging, Nicolene has been incredibly patient and encouraging. Even on the weeks when I feel like I’m not getting it right, I learn something new every time. Looking back at where I started, I can see how much my technique has improved. The best part? Every week I walk out of the studio with an artwork I can hardly believe is mine.
